Vjerujemo da svi u životu imamo onaj trenutak “kad porastem biću..” U današnjoj epizodi podcasta predstavljamo vam Senada i Maidu. Radne kolege koje su se u različitim fazama svoje karijere odlučile prekvalifikovati.Mašinski inžinjer koji se nakon prvog radnog iskustva ipak odlučuje da postane programer. Sa druge strane Maida, zaljubljenica u matematiku, otkriva nam svoju priču o bijegu od programiranja. Dvije totalno različite, a opet inspirativne priče radnih kolega, koje će sigurno pomoći onima koji su i dalje jako neodlučni u iscrtavanju novih koraka ka profesionalnoj karijeri.

Our first product is finally ready! We made some changes until the last moment and we're running low on energy.However, our strong connection with the product is driving us forward. We remember the stressful moment when we realized that our thoughts determine what we can and cannot do.We overcame the demotivating mindset that was holding us back. It took us 15 months of hard work, from the initial idea to the final product. We invested a lot of effort and the result is invaluable knowledge gained in technical and soft skills and a detailed product.
